Sindh City: Brahamanabad

Sindh’s Capital was once Brahamanabad.

Meaning the City of Brahmans.

It had a huge Sun temple with lots of priests.

According to historians, Brahmanabad was a beautiful town which had vast orchards of mangoes and groves of date palms.

Its was the first city which was built according to the principles of town-planning.

And the experience gained over here was used in Baghdad 17 years later.
