Gurnani was brought in by TECH MAHINDRA to take over its recently acquired company, formerly known as Satyam Computer Services Ltd.
With a degree in chemical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Roukela, Gurnani also serves on the boards of directors for CanvasM Technologies Limited, CanvasM (Americas), Mahindra Logisoft, Servista and the Tennenbaum Institute at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Previous experience has included co-founding and serving as COO of Perot Systems.
In 2007, Gurnani was nominated for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award bestowed by Ernst & Young.
